9:00 AMVeterans Legal Institute Free Clinic

Our purpose is to provide legal aid to current and former service members who would not otherwise be able to afford it because of unemployment, underemployment, or homelessness," said Chairwoman Michelle Steel, Second District Supervisor. "The County is proud to offer these unique services to our residents who need it most."

Through discharge upgrades, expungements, and other legal interventions, clients will gain access to and/or maintain their mental and physical health care. The Veterans Service Office will leverage existing offices, online presence, and collaborations to ensure clients receive information and referrals based on evidence based best practices.

Monthly clinics will start on July 12, 2017 and run through June 2018. They will be held every second Wednesday of each month from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Potential clients can learn more about the clinic by visiting the Orange County Veterans Service Office’s website at
